Shipping time for the semi-stitched products is 8-10 days and shipping time for customized products is 10-15 days.
We have a generous 7-day no-questions-asked return policy or exchange policy. ( Return/refund exchange not acceptable for custom size Products)

Kindly request a return/exchange via mail at crm@zebrs.com within 7 days from the date of delivery. Return requests will not be accepted through any other medium.
Duties and taxes, if applicable, are to be paid by the customer.
Refunds will be processed in the form of reward points that can be used for future purchases.
In Exchange, your replacement will be shipped after we receive and verify the returned product.
Customers have to ship the product to our address for return/exchange orders. Ethnic Plus will reimburse (100/- rupees) reward points for the return shipment.
With regards to international orders(outside India), presently we do not have a policy on accepting returns or exchanges of any product.

For claiming the wrong product was delivered, an unboxing video must be provided showing the package received in intact condition and non-tampered condition.
