The website www.zebrs.com (the “Website”) is operated by Zebrs India (OPC) Private Limited (“Zebrs”, “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”). “You” or “User” means any person who visits, registers with or transacts through the Website.

These Terms constitute an electronic record under applicable Indian law and do not require a physical or digital signature. We may revise these Terms to reflect legal, operational or service changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Eligibility and your account

You must be legally competent to enter into a contract under Indian law to place an order. A minor may use the Website only through a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility for the minor’s use.

• You must provide accurate, complete and current information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and OTPs.
• You must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by a failure attributable to Zebrs.

We may request reasonable verification to protect users, prevent fraud or comply with law.

Permitted use of the Website

You may use the Website for lawful, personal shopping purposes. You must not:

• misrepresent your identity or submit false, misleading or unauthorised information;
• interfere with the Website, its security, servers or networks;

Product information and availability

Orders and acceptance

Prices, taxes and payments

Unless stated otherwise, prices are displayed in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes as required by law. Delivery fees, convenience fees or other applicable charges, if any, will be disclosed before you confirm payment.

You authorise us and our authorised payment service providers to process transaction information for completing your purchase, preventing fraud and processing refunds. We do not ask you to share your card PIN, UPI PIN, banking password or OTP with our staff. Never disclose these credentials to anyone.

Promotions, coupons and offers may have separate eligibility, validity, product, location or usage conditions. They cannot be converted to cash and may be withdrawn or corrected where required by law or in cases of misuse or genuine error.

EMI and financing options

Financing availability, eligibility, credit limit, down payment, interest or annual percentage rate, processing fee, tenure, late or bounce charges and approval are determined by the relevant financial partner. No financing approval or credit limit is guaranteed by Zebrs.

Before accepting finance, you should review the lender’s Key Fact Statement, sanction terms, repayment schedule, privacy notice and all applicable charges. Your repayment obligation is owed to the financial partner under its agreement with you. A product cancellation or return does not automatically cancel or close a finance agreement; any loan adjustment or closure will follow confirmation between Zebrs and the relevant partner and may be subject to their processing timelines.

Zebrs is not responsible for an independent partner’s credit decision, bureau reporting or recovery actions, except to the extent responsibility cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Shipping, delivery and inspection

Delivery availability and estimated timelines depend on the product, delivery location, stock and logistics conditions. Any date shown is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed. Delays may arise from weather, transport disruption, public restrictions, address issues or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and an active contact number. You or an authorised recipient may be required to verify delivery through an OTP, signature, identity confirmation or delivery acknowledgement.

Please inspect the package at delivery where possible. Report visible damage, tampering, missing items or an incorrect product promptly through the prescribed support process and within the timeline stated in the applicable Return/Refund Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon successful delivery to you or your authorised recipient.

Cancellation, return, replacement and refund

Order cancellation, return, replacement and refund eligibility are governed by the policies displayed on Zebrs.com, the product category, product condition and applicable law. Certain products may be non-returnable except when defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise required by law.

Returned items may need to include original packaging, serial number or IMEI, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, tags and promotional items. We may conduct a reasonable verification or quality check before approving a replacement or refund.

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method unless another method is required by law or mutually agreed. The time taken for the amount to reflect may depend on the bank, payment provider or financing partner. Nothing in our policies limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Manufacturer warranty and service

Product warranties, where applicable, are provided under the manufacturer’s warranty terms. Warranty duration, coverage, exclusions and service process may differ by product. Zebrs does not provide an additional warranty unless expressly stated in writing on the product page or invoice.

You may be required to contact an authorised service centre for diagnosis or warranty service. Damage caused by misuse, unauthorised repair, liquid, accident, normal wear or other excluded causes may not be covered.

Service and marketing communications

We may send transactional communications necessary for your account, order, payment, delivery, support or security. With your consent, we may also send promotional communications through permitted channels. You may withdraw marketing consent or use the unsubscribe facility, subject to continued receipt of essential service communications.

Reviews, feedback and user content

If you submit a review, image, comment or feedback, you confirm that it is genuine, lawful, relevant and does not infringe another person’s rights or disclose confidential or personal information without authority. You grant Zebrs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, adapt and display that content for operating and promoting the Website.

We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, irrelevant, infringing or violates these Terms. You retain ownership of your original content.

Intellectual property

The Website and its original text, design, software, graphics, logos, compilation and other content are owned by or licensed to Zebrs and protected by applicable intellectual property law. Manufacturer names, logos and product marks belong to their respective owners.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable permission to access and use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes. No ownership or broader licence is transferred to you.

Third-party services and links

The Website may use or link to independent payment gateways, logistics providers, lenders, manufacturers, service centres and other third parties. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices. A link or integration does not mean Zebrs controls every act of that third party. We remain responsible for our obligations under applicable law.

Website availability and disclaimers

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zebrs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the Website where such loss was not reasonably foreseeable. For a claim relating to a product order, our aggregate contractual liability will ordinarily not exceed the amount paid for the affected product, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

This limitation does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, breach of mandatory consumer rights or any liability that cannot be limited under law.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Zebrs against third-party claims and reasonable losses directly arising from your unlawful use of the Website, infringement of another person’s rights, fraudulent activity or material breach of these Terms. This does not require you to indemnify Zebrs for its own negligence, unlawful conduct or breach.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security risk, unlawful conduct, misuse or a material breach of these Terms. Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue. Provisions intended by their nature to survive termination—including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers and dispute provisions—will continue to apply.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to contact our support or Grievance Officer first so that we can try to resolve your concern promptly.

Subject to mandatory consumer law and the jurisdiction available to consumers under applicable law, courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms. Nothing here prevents a consumer from approaching an appropriate consumer commission or other authority having jurisdiction under applicable law.

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right.
