Cancellation, Returns & Replacement

Cancellation of an order can be done either by ZEBRS.COM or by You as under:


Cancellation by ZEBRS.COM

ZEBRS.COM has the discretion to cancel an order. Some of the reasons for cancellation are 

as under (not being exhaustive list of reasons):


  01. Product is unavailable.

  02. Technical errors or issues.

  03. Any reason identified by ZEBRS.COM's credit and fraud avoidance team.

  04. Invalid address or wrong address is given in order details.

  05. Malpractices used to place the order.

  06. Bulk order is placed for the likely commercial resale.

  07. Multiple orders are placed for same product at the same address.

  08. Order is undelivered after three (3) attempts.

  09. EMI offer is rejected by the bank.

  10. Failure to collect the order from partner store within stipulated time.

  11. Pricing or specifications on any product as is shown on the App due to typographical error

      or incorrect information inadvertently provided by the ZEBRS.COM or some technical glitch,

      resulting into incorrect pricing or specifications.


Notwithstanding anything contained hereunder, ZEBRS.COM reserves the right, at its sole discretion,

to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever without any further liability. On such cancellation,

You will be sent a notification email or SMS at the email address or mobile number provided to ZEBRS.COM.


You agree to release and indemnify ZEBRS.COM, its officers and representatives from any cost, damage, 

liability or any of the actions in case of cancellation of Your Order by ZEBRS.COM.

Cancellation by Customer

For Cancellations, Zebrs Support must be contacted by various methods mentioned under contact us link. Please quote Order ID in all communications. It is advised that query should be raised from the registered email id.

A confirmation call is done by Zebrs customer care team, before processing the order, if an order is canceled during that confirmation call, no charges will be levied to the customer.

After that, following deductions will be made under Cancellation Process

  • Cancellation charges : 5% of order value.

  • In case of cancellation, after shipment of order , courier charges will be borne by the customer only.


Returns and replacements will be applicable for purchases within 48 hours of delivery with following terms and conditions:

  • Return of any item will only be applicable, if delivered product is wrong, defected or damaged.

  • First priority will be given to the replacement of product with the same item ordered.

  • In case of no replacement product is available, full refund will be processed.  

To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes and with all paperwork (this includes warranties card, invoice etc.), parts and accessories to insure full credit. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item and the product must not have been used or altered in any way.

If partial product or product with tampered packaging is returned, then the return or replacement will not be processed. All accessories and items that you received along with the product should be returned together
